2018 Educational Conference Exhibitor Information

Here you may find information regarding participation as an exhibitor at the conference, as well as sponsorship opportunities. The goal of the New York Division is to host a quality event for our members and attendees. By highlighting continuing education for our members, offering opportunities for students, and highlighting your products and services, we hope to set a high standard for years to come. Below you will find links to our vendor brochure information. There are links to the sponsorship letter sent out by President Rathjen, highlighting some details to various opportunities. You will also find a link to a printable reservation form, and a link to an online submission. Vendors who register for a table in the vendor area will also have their company logo listed on the conference webpage, and included in the conference brochure distributed upon check in. Companies whom sponsor one of the social events will also have a full page ad included in the conference brochure. For those whom are considering sponsoring one of the social events of the conference, your financial responsibility will only be up to 75 attendees. Any additional persons will be paid for by the New York Division.
