Online Vendor Registration for the 2016 New York Division of the IAI Educational Conference

If your company is interested in reserving a space at the vendor area at the conference, please complete the form below. Payments may be made online through PayPal, as well as by mailing a check to the New York Division. Upon completion of this form, you will receive a confirmation email from the Division Officers confirming the receipt of your application. Your registration fee will include: a reserved table for Friday and Saturday's specified vendor area, and admission for one person to the Cocktail Social (Friday) and Division banquet (Saturday).
