All instructors must be listed on this request. Changes can not be made without approval of the Speaker Planner. Lectures can be either 1 hour or 2 hours in length. Workshops can be up to 4 hours in length. LCD Projectors will be provided. Instructors must bring their own laptops. Any special requests for equipment or extra tables must be made prior to the conference.
The 2018 NYIAI Educational Conference will be held at the Radisson Hotel 110 Motor Parkway in Hauppauge, NY on October 1st - October 3rd 2018. If you are interested in giving a presentation please fill out the below form and submit it as soon as possible. After reviewing the submitted abstracts, presenters will be contacted for additional information.
LCD Projectors will be provided but presenters must bring their own laptops.
Note that the NYIAI is a non-profit organization. Any expenses that you may incur not covered by your agency
will be your responsibility unless pre-approved by the Conference Planner or Speaker Coordinator including class materials.
